Legora is an AI-native legal workspace trusted by 2,100+ customers across 80+ countries, including top-tier law firms like Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, and Linklaters. The company has scaled to $200M+ ARR and operates teams across Europe, North America, and APAC.
You'll join the GTM team as a Sales Associate with a management consulting background. This hybrid role is designed as a two-phase opportunity: you'll begin embedded alongside Account Executives, bringing structured problem-solving and commercial rigor to live deals, then grow into owning GTM initiatives end-to-end or pursue other career paths across the business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partner directly with Account Executives across the deal cycle, structuring account strategy, refining commercial narratives, and building analysis that drives enterprise buyer decisions
- Apply hypothesis-driven approaches to diagnose pipeline performance, conversion rates, and win rates, translating findings into actionable sales team initiatives
- Build and refine frameworks, playbooks, and tools that scale GTM effectiveness across the organization
- Support and eventually lead structured experiments across channels and segments—defining tests, analyzing data, and scaling what works
- Translate Legora's product capabilities into differentiated positioning for senior legal decision-makers
- Take increasing ownership of initiatives with direct business impact, with opportunity to progress into GTM leadership or other company roles
The role values ownership over titles, outcomes over intentions, and direct feedback. You'll work in a mission-driven culture where everyone contributes and no one coasts.
Requirements:
- 2+ years at a top-tier management consulting firm (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or equivalent)
- Sharp structured problem-solving with default to hypotheses, frameworks, and data over opinions
- Strong executive presence and ability to build credibility with senior internal and external stakeholders
- Bias toward commercial outcomes—wanting work measured in pipeline and revenue, not deliverables
- High ownership and urgency; comfort with ambiguity and building structure
- Genuine interest in transitioning from advisory work into an operating role within high-growth SaaS
- Experience advising legal, financial services, or regulated industries is a plus but not required
