Base Power Company is rebuilding America's electrical grid through distributed battery networks. The Sales Analytics & Enablement role owns the data infrastructure and operational systems that power the sales team's growth engine.
You will be responsible for building and maintaining the analytics architecture that drives Base's revenue metrics and sales efficiency. Key responsibilities include: developing forecast precision and team reporting systems to identify funnel bottlenecks; creating alerting systems that notify stakeholders of data changes and root causes; leading cross-functional operational initiatives that translate complex data into actionable insights for Sales, Growth, and Engineering teams; building automated workflows to reduce friction and optimize the sales tech stack; and serving as the single point of contact for data visibility, monitoring, and communication.
The role requires 2-5 years of experience building sales engines in high-growth environments. You'll need deep technical fluency with CRM architecture (particularly HubSpot) and automation tools, plus the ability to convert complex data into clean, scalable data models for organization-wide decision-making. Success requires proactive identification of data gaps, hands-on execution of tactical work, high ownership of data quality, and willingness to get involved in the operational details that keep the sales team running smoothly.
Base operates at a fast pace with shifting priorities. The Sales team bridges customer interest with ready-to-install battery systems, acting as primary market educators. Your analytics work directly enables the team's efficiency and the company's ability to modernize the American grid.
