Buynomics is a Series B SaaS company building the next-generation platform for pricing and product optimization. As a Business Development Representative, you will drive Buynomics' growth by generating and qualifying leads for the sales team. Your primary responsibilities include:
• Outreach & Pipeline Generation: Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns using cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and innovative engagement tactics to spark prospect interest and build a qualified pipeline.
• Lead Qualification: Conduct discovery calls to assess prospect fit against the Ideal Customer Profile, ensuring quality handoffs to Account Executives.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and Sales leadership to develop targeted strategies, identify high-value accounts, and refine qualification processes.
• Continuous Improvement: Test and refine outreach methods, maintain deep product knowledge, stay current on industry trends, and share best practices with the team.
• Performance: Meet or exceed quarterly targets for initial qualified meetings and contribute to revenue pipeline goals.
You'll work in a hybrid model with flexibility and access to offices in Cologne and Barcelona. The role offers exposure to international markets, a diverse team environment, and opportunities for professional growth in a fast-growing SaaS startup.
Required: At least 1 year of full-time experience in sales, marketing, or BDR roles; strong communication and cold-calling confidence; self-motivation and time management; fluent English. Preferred: Sales tools experience (Outreach, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, HubSpot); SaaS or startup background; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field; multilingual (German, Spanish, or other European languages a plus).
