Toku is seeking a Risk Officer to design, implement, and strengthen the company's risk management framework. This is a cross-functional role with oversight of the entire operation, responsible for identifying and managing business risks while working closely with Finance, Legal & Compliance, Operations, and Technology teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement the company's risk management framework
- Identify, assess, and monitor operational, technological, financial, and regulatory risks
- Develop and maintain the corporate risk matrix and key risk indicators
- Propose and implement controls and mitigation measures for identified risks
- Manage operational risk, financial risk, business continuity, and fraud prevention
- Evaluate risks associated with new products, processes, or operational changes
Requirements:
- Professional degree in commercial engineering, civil engineering, finance, economics, or similar field
- 6–8 years of prior experience
- Experience in risk management, internal controls, audit, or compliance
- Experience in fintech companies, banks, or regulated industries
- High motivation and proactivity
