Improvado is an AI-powered marketing data platform for mid-market and enterprise teams. The company helps brands like Genentech, T-Mobile, Activision, and H&R Block automate complex marketing data workflows, unify data at scale, and surface insights through BI and AI. Backed by $34M in Series A funding, Improvado is a fast-growing startup focused on high-quality execution. As RevOps Manager, you will own how revenue runs and how it is measured across the organization. You will be the single RevOps contact for Sales, CS, Marketing, Finance, and Product teams, turning each request into a task with clear ownership, deadlines, and success metrics. Key responsibilities include: **Salesforce and GTM Stack:** Own Salesforce configuration, release processes, and user access. Manage integrations with Gong, Clay, Lemlist, enrichment tools, e-signature, and lead routing. Keep CRM data clean with guardrails that prevent mistakes. Manage licenses and vendor renewals. Maintain Salesforce documentation, RevOps SOPs, and train new hires. **Contract to Cash:** Own ARR and bookings logic (new business, upsells, downsells, churn, renewals). Keep agreements, opportunities, and invoices consistent. Run closed-deals and billing checks with Finance. Fix errors at the source and implement controls to prevent recurrence. Audit invoices, track unpaid ones, and prepare quarterly commission and quota reports. **Revenue Analytics and Data Model:** Own the quarterly sales analytics pack, CRO reporting, forecast, and pipeline coverage (including CS renewal inputs). Track funnel conversion and explain deal movement. Keep attribution correct with Marketing. Query ClickHouse daily, trace numbers to their source, and write specs for model changes. Ensure each metric has one documented definition with data quality checks. Build leadership dashboards and retire unused ones. End every analysis with a recommendation, a number, and an owner. **AI and Automation:** Use coding agents (Claude Code, Codex) for queries, scripts, and Salesforce automation, always verifying output. Automate manual work including invoice and payment checks, CRM hygiene, deal-risk alerts, and call analysis. Measure hours saved and errors avoided. You will work closely with the analytics team—you don't need to build data models yourself, but you must read them, spot issues, and specify changes. You'll work through AI agents daily, doing the work of a larger team. **Requirements:** - 4-6+ years in RevOps, Sales Ops, or GTM systems in B2B SaaS - Hands-on admin experience with a live Salesforce org - Strong SQL and comfort in a modeled warehouse (understanding layers, lineage, one definition per metric) - Deep knowledge of the B2B SaaS revenue cycle: funnel, pipeline, forecast, ARR, churn, renewals - Experience running the money side: contracts, invoicing, collections, kept in sync with the CRM - Proof of building with AI agents: something you shipped that others use - Fluent English and clear written communication without being prompted **Nice to have:** - Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Administrator certification - ClickHouse or another columnar warehouse experience - Any BI tool experience - Salesforce development (Apex, triggers, API) - Gong, Clay, Lemlist, or workflow automation tools - Billing, CPQ, or accounting systems - HubSpot to Salesforce migration experience - Attribution or CS health score data - Martech or analytics company background
