Deliver real-time insights connecting pipeline activity to revenue and financial forecasts. Run monthly revenue reviews and QBRs with rigour, identifying leading indicators of risk and opportunity. **Process Design & GTM Alignment**: Own the go-to-market playbook including lead routing, territory design, pipeline hygiene standards, handoff protocols, and renewal/expansion motions. Drive sales capacity planning and headcount modelling in partnership with Finance. Design onboarding and enablement infrastructure enabling new sellers to ramp in under 90 days. **Leadership & Cross-Functional Influence**: Serve as connective tissue between commercial functions, translating GTM strategy into operational reality. Manage and grow a RevOps team, building a culture of rigour, speed, and continuous improvement. Present to the Executive Committee on revenue performance, GTM efficiency, and operational health. **AI & Automation-First Operations**: Deploy AI agents and workflows across the entire revenue lifecycle for data enrichment, lead qualification, pipeline hygiene, and workflow automation. Champion adoption of agentic AI tools across all revenue functions through training and enablement. The role is based in Old Street, London, with in-office presence 4 days per week. Full-time, permanent position. **Requirements:** - 7+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Strategy in B2B environments - Proven experience in fintech, payments, or enterprise SaaS companies; understanding of complex sales cycles, API-led products, and partner/channel models - Deep, hands-on expertise with CRM platforms (HubSpot and/or Salesforce); ability to build, troubleshoot, and configure systems directly - Strong command of revenue analytics: SQL or equivalent, BI tooling, and financial modelling for forecasting and capacity planning - Proven ability to present data-driven revenue stories to Executive Committee and Board-level audiences with clarity and conviction **Nice to Haves:** - Track record of hiring and developing RevOps talent - Experience with revenue intelligence platforms - Background spanning both Marketing Ops and Sales Ops with full-funnel understanding
