TRM Labs is seeking a RevOps Analytics & BI Analyst to build the analytical foundation for the revenue organization. This role focuses on creating trusted, scalable reporting infrastructure that enables faster, data-driven decision-making across GTM and commercial teams. You will own the full analytics stack: designing and maintaining a curated data layer using dbt, defining standardized business metrics (ARR, pipeline, conversion rates, forecasting), building the semantic layer as a single source of truth, and creating self-serve dashboards that drive clear business decisions. The work spans raw data ingestion through modeling, metric definition, and visualization. Key responsibilities include building governed, documented data models that eliminate repeated business logic rebuilding; standardizing core revenue metric definitions across the organization; and delivering official dashboards that give teams visibility into pipeline, conversion, retention, and revenue execution. You'll partner directly with GTM, RevOps, and commercial stakeholders to translate their questions into actionable metrics and insights. Required skills: strong SQL and hands-on data modeling with dbt (or equivalent transformation framework); proven ability to design clear, decision-driving dashboards; strong data visualization and metric definition sensibility; and business orientation that translates GTM questions into data rather than just executing tickets. Nice-to-haves include BigQuery and modern data stack experience, Python for complex transformations, GTM/RevOps analytics background, and comfort presenting insights to stakeholders. Success in the first six months means delivering a governed, documented curated layer that becomes the single source of truth; standardized definitions for core revenue metrics; and a first set of official, self-serve dashboards live and in use. TRM operates with high velocity and ownership, expecting clarity, follow-through, and impact. The environment rewards urgency, adaptability, and creative problem-solving in a mission-driven context focused on AI-powered intelligence for public and private sector agencies.
