Part of Brandtech Group, the company is deploying generative AI tools across operations and owns PencilPro, a leading AI platform for creative production. The Revenue & WIP Accountant role reports to the Senior Financial Controller US & UK and focuses on managing revenue recognition and work-in-progress accounting for client projects. Key responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day revenue and WIP processes, reviewing and closing completed revenue projects, and identifying and resolving billing discrepancies in collaboration with commercial finance and client-facing teams. The role requires processing monthly revenue and cost-of-sales journals, reconciling client project cost accruals with supporting documentation, and conducting monthly revenue reconciliations with commercial finance and revenue operations teams. The accountant will report accrued and deferred income balances with supporting commentary, maintain all revenue and client-related balance sheet reconciliations in FloQast, and ensure revenue recognition complies with ASC 606/IFRS 15 and local GAAP requirements. Additional responsibilities include identifying inefficiencies in revenue processes and collaborating cross-functionally to resolve them, supporting annual audits with schedules and documentation, assisting with month-end processes for non-revenue accounts as needed, and providing ad hoc support to the Senior Financial Controller. Required qualifications include solid financial experience with general ledger, balance sheet reconciliations, and P&L reviews; strong communication skills across the organization; detail-oriented and analytical mindset with advanced Excel proficiency; experience manipulating large datasets; proficiency in ERP and CRM software (Sage X3 and Salesforce); and AAT full or part qualification, or ACA/ACCA/CIMA progress.
