Stedi is a Series B-funded healthcare clearinghouse and RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) engine built on modern APIs. The company has raised $142M from top-tier investors including Stripe, Addition, USV, and Bloomberg Beta, and is ranked among the fastest-growing SaaS vendors.
You will join the Revenue Systems & Operations team as a builder-operator, owning the systems and processes that define the customer journey at Stedi. Working directly with the Head of GTM Strategy & Operations, you'll identify gaps in customer onboarding and monetization, define solutions, and often build them yourself. This role spans platform ownership and process design, with the goal of building closed-loop systems that scale with the business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning systems that verify, provision, and manage customer accounts, including business/identity verification, user roles, permissions, and access controls
- Building and owning billing systems that make complex pricing and contract structures simple to configure at scale
- Ensuring every new product is sellable on launch day with pricing, contract terms, entitlements, and access controls in place
- Defining account workflows from signup to closure, keeping billing, access, contracts, and customer communication in sync
- Partnering with Product and Engineering to define internal tooling and customer-facing workflows
- Building workflows and automations that replace manual processes and enable operational scaling without headcount growth
- Running ad-hoc analyses for GTM and finance teams on pricing, packaging, and product usage
You'll work in a fast-moving environment where engineers and designers ship products weekly, with a lean business team supporting infrastructure. The role requires comfort with ambiguity, end-to-end ownership, and decisions that directly impact revenue and customer experience.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years in revenue operations, GTM engineering, business systems design, or similar roles (candidates with more experience also encouraged to apply)
- Builder mindset: understand APIs and data models, write SQL, ship scripts, automations, or internal tools
- Comfortable owning business systems (billing platforms, CRM, contract management); ability to quickly learn configuration and integration
- Understanding of SaaS billing models (usage-based pricing, prepaid credits, subscription structures); hands-on experience with modern billing platforms is a plus
- Design for failure: workflows surface problems early, checks built in from the start
- Root-cause focus: fix upstream issues, not just one-off problems
- AI integration: comfortable using AI daily with strong instincts for where it adds speed vs. where guardrails are needed
- Clear writing and ability to align cross-functional partners
