Tulip Interfaces is an AI-native software platform transforming manufacturing with cutting-edge digital tools. Recently valued at $1.3B (January 2026), the company is experiencing double-digit revenue growth and serves the world's leading manufacturers. This role owns the data architecture and strategy powering Tulip's revenue engine—from account targeting and pricing to retention and expansion.
You will set the roadmap for how data and AI drive revenue outcomes while remaining hands-on with SQL, data models, schemas, and dashboards. Key responsibilities include building and improving models that identify at-risk accounts and cross-sell opportunities using usage, support, and engagement data; architecting Health Score metrics and underlying data foundations for automated Customer Success playbooks; setting renewal pricing strategy and margin optimization targets; and owning the retention narrative for executive and board audiences by translating NRR/GRR metrics into actionable insights.
You'll work closely with the executive leadership team, Head of Customer Success, Head of Professional Services, Finance, commercial leadership, Go-to-Market Operations, and Product. You'll mentor and upskill the GTM team on data usage, balancing hands-on system ownership with coaching and team development. The role requires deep expertise in revenue data architecture, B2B SaaS operations, and translating complex analysis into executive-ready narratives that drive quota, pricing, and renewal strategy decisions.
Required: 8-10+ years in Customer Success Ops, RevOps, or Strategic Analytics in B2B SaaS; expert-level SQL and BI tooling; track record leading cross-functional system change (Salesforce, segmentation, territory models, forecast hygiene, churn coding); experience with AI for commercial applications (predictive churn, sentiment analysis, next-best-action); Bachelor's degree in relevant field (MBA preferred). Experience with usage-based or composable software, player-coach leadership, and mentoring junior analysts is a plus.
