As Revenue Operations Senior Manager, you will lead the optimization of commercial processes across Fever's global teams. This is a hands-on strategic role that combines operational excellence with team leadership.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and implementing core commercial processes aligned with growth objectives across up to 40 countries
- Identifying operational bottlenecks and inefficiencies, partnering with commercial leaders to deliver solutions
- Leading high-impact, end-to-end projects that enhance performance across markets and regions
- Managing and mentoring a team of up to five people, fostering collaboration and accountability
- Cross-functional collaboration with diverse stakeholders in a multinational environment
You are an analytically minded, detail-oriented professional with a proactive mindset and ability to navigate complexity. You thrive in fast-paced settings and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or related STEM field
- 8+ years of experience in operations, strategy, or similar roles in dynamic environments
- Proficiency in SQL and VBA/AppScript (Python is a plus)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing teams and driving cross-functional initiatives
