You will lead the EMEA Revenue Operations team as a Regional Director, reporting to EMEA leadership and collaborating with the global Revenue Operations team. This is a pivotal role with significant responsibility and business impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and scale the EMEA Revenue Operations team by building structure and processes, coaching existing talent, and hiring to support future regional growth.
- Work closely with the General Manager and regional directors to support GTM initiatives, identify trends and business opportunities, and drive data-informed decisions.
- Evaluate performance and effectiveness of sales efforts with emphasis on ROI, quota attainment, TAM analysis, forecasting, sales pipeline, and actionable metrics.
- Conduct analysis of complex data and translate results into actionable deliverables, business insights, and reports.
- Create and implement sales forecasting models that offer clear visibility into revenue performance.
- Develop strategies and plans to maximize the region's overall revenue growth.
- Oversee territory planning and market research, ensuring alignment with market opportunities, target audience, and sales strategies.
- Foster an environment of continuous process improvement and prioritize investments in enabling technologies to support sales organization productivity.
- Provide support for day-to-day operations and serve as a trusted business partner to business leadership.
Workplace: Hybrid, 3 days per week in the London office.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in revenue operations leadership roles, strategy/consulting, or similar (B2B SaaS preferred).
- Practical business sense and ability to translate strategic concepts to operational implications.
- Strong analytical expertise and extensive experience building integrated models from scratch.
- Experienced and comfortable working with Salesforce, Google Sheets, and BI tools (Looker/Tableau, SQL—an advantage).
- Experience presenting data to management and translating complex information and trends into actionable insights, with ability to create clarity and focus on key growth drivers.
- Strong operational mindset with ability to design and optimize processes for efficiency and scalability.
