As Revenue Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping and optimizing core commercial processes across Fever's global teams. This is a hands-on, strategic position combining operational expertise with analytical rigor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and implement core processes for all commercial teams, ensuring alignment with Fever's growth objectives and improving resource utilization
- Partner with commercial team leaders to identify bottlenecks, address inefficiencies, and deliver impactful solutions
- Drive end-to-end execution of high-impact projects that enhance performance across markets and regions in up to 40 countries
- Work closely with diverse, cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and success in a multinational environment
- Manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or related STEM field
- 6+ years of experience in operations, strategy, or similar role in fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficiency in SQL and VBA/AppScript (Python is a plus)
- Strong project management and organizational skills with track record of implementing operational improvements
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, capable of engaging diverse audiences and driving change
- Results-oriented, proactive approach with passion for empowering teams and delivering measurable outcomes
- Fluency in English and Spanish required (additional languages a bonus)
