Qevlar AI is a B2B SaaS scale-up building an AI platform that helps cybersecurity teams transition from reactive to proactive operations through autonomous security alert investigations. The company has raised $44M in Series A and seed funding from EQT Ventures, Forgepoint Capital, and Partech, deployed solutions with major enterprises like Sodexo and GlobalConnect, and ended 2025 with multi-million dollar ARR.
As Revenue Operations Lead, you will own the weekly sales forecast and run forecast calls with the CRO, holding the commit number and improving accuracy as the company scales. You'll build the capacity and hiring model for the sales team in 2027, determining headcount, start dates, and quota assignments. You'll design and run AE and BDR compensation plans, including ramp periods and partner rules, and turn commission calculation into a clean, fast monthly close process.
You'll establish a deal desk with discount rules, standard terms, and approval paths to accelerate deal velocity. You'll define territories across EMEA, the US, and the MSSP partner channel, including deal registration and partner credit structures. You'll improve the HubSpot setup alongside a junior RevOps team member and manage a GTM Engineer's roadmap while hiring a full-time GTM Engineer in 2027.
The role offers meaningful work in cybersecurity with real-world impact, high autonomy in a small international team, early equity ownership, and flexible location options—work from home or join colleagues in the Paris office (9th arrondissement).
