Nozomi Networks is seeking a Revenue Operations Data Analyst to own the accuracy, hygiene, and integrity of go-to-market (GTM) data and transform it into actionable reporting and analysis for Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Executive leadership. The role centers on two core pillars: (1) Data — managing data hygiene, governance, and process integrity across GTM systems like Salesforce; and (2) Analytics — building dashboards and reports that drive decision-making. Key responsibilities include conducting analyses on pipeline, forecasting, conversion, win/loss, and sales productivity to identify trends and recommend actions. You will design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and similar BI tools, ensuring stakeholders have access to reliable, self-serve analytics. You'll document data definitions, KPI logic, and reporting processes, training end users on best practices. Data quality ownership is central: you will identify and correct data quality issues, close gaps, and prevent recurrence across Salesforce and related systems. You'll define and maintain data hygiene standards, field definitions, and governance processes to establish a single source of truth. Automation is a key focus—replacing manual spreadsheets with scalable, governed BI solutions and building reusable data models and dataset pipelines. You'll also identify and resolve bottlenecks in data and reporting workflows, recommending improvements to data architecture, tooling, and processes. As you grow in the role, you'll expand into Customer Success analytics and operations, supporting CS reporting, health score and renewal analysis, and ad-hoc analytics. Nozomi Networks is the leader in OT and IoT cybersecurity, protecting critical infrastructure and industrial organizations across energy, manufacturing, transportation, and government sectors in more than 68 countries.
