Salary: USD 100,000 - 115,000 / annual

As a Revenue Operations Associate - Marketing, you will serve as a bridge between the marketing and revenue operations departments, optimizing communication and workflows to maximize ROI and align marketing and sales strategies with business objectives. You will play a pivotal role in supporting Dashlane's revenue generation efforts by analyzing data, optimizing processes, and driving strategic decision-making across cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities include:
**Workflow Optimization:** Streamline processes and project coordination to improve efficiency and effectiveness of marketing efforts, positively impacting conversion rates and lifecycle metrics.
**Work Stream Quality Monitoring & Enhancements:** Examine and improve key work streams including lead routing, lead scoring, account identification (TAM design and development), account segmentation principles, and campaign launches. Identify immediate operational improvements and long-term efficiencies based on data-driven problem solving and industry best practices.
**Data Analysis and Reporting:** Analyze GTM data (leads, campaigns, deals) to evaluate key performance indicator performance, producing insightful recommendations and detailed dashboards and reports for stakeholders.
**Compliance and Governance:** Ensure all marketing activities comply with industry standards and company policies.
**Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Facilitate communication between GTM teams and other departments to align strategies and goals.
You will be based in New York with a hybrid work model: in-office on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays; flexible remote work on Wednesdays and Fridays.
**Requirements:**
- 2+ years in Marketing and/or Sales Operations Associate/Analyst or similar role
- 1+ years as a CRM administrator, preferably Salesforce
- 1+ years as a Marketing Automation platform user (administrator a plus), preferably Marketo and LeanData
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Proven experience designing and managing GTM workflows, including data QA/QC and reporting within a Salesforce ecosystem
- Familiarity with modern sales tools such as Gong, Outreach, ZoomInfo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables) with ability to leverage data to solve complex problems; experience with Tableau or BI tools is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with systematic approach to managing project lifecycles and cross-functional communication
- Proactive, growth-oriented attitude, ideally backed by 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment or sales/customer-facing role
