Kashable is seeking a Revenue Operations Associate to build the operating infrastructure supporting the company's next growth phase. This role reports to the co-CEO and sits at the intersection of Sales, Client Success, Go-to-Market, and Digital Marketing, connecting data and activity across the entire revenue lifecycle from employer acquisition through employee engagement and revenue realization.
Key responsibilities include:
Revenue Planning & Forecasting: Build and maintain integrated revenue forecasts connecting employer acquisition, implementation timing, employee eligibility, engagement, utilization, and revenue. Partner with Sales, Client Success, GTM/Marketing, and Finance on annual planning, quarterly target setting, and resource allocation. Develop models to evaluate growth scenarios and quantify the impact of changes in key revenue drivers. Track actual performance against forecasts, identify variance drivers, and develop leading indicators for early revenue visibility. Define and monitor KPIs across Sales, Client Success, and GTM/Marketing functions.
Sales Operations: Partner with Sales leadership to improve pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, territory/account prioritization, and sales productivity. Analyze sales performance including pipeline coverage, conversion rates, win rates, and sales cycles. Maintain operational discipline and data integrity in HubSpot. Support weekly pipeline reviews and monthly/quarterly business reviews. Identify opportunities to improve sales processes, reporting, and technology.
Client Success & Revenue Expansion: Measure and improve penetration and revenue within existing employer accounts. Develop client-level performance reporting connecting Client Success activity with employee engagement and revenue outcomes. Analyze which engagement strategies and activities generate the strongest results. Develop benchmarks comparing client performance across industries, employer sizes, and tenure.
GTM & Marketing Effectiveness: Measure campaign, messaging, content, and communication strategy effectiveness using HubSpot and related systems. Connect marketing activity to measurable outcomes in employer acquisition and employee engagement. Analyze campaign performance to identify high-performing channels, messages, and activities. Develop testing and measurement frameworks for continuous GTM improvement.
Revenue Operations Infrastructure: Support HubSpot, BI tools, and revenue technology implementation and optimization. Partner with Data/Engineering to connect data across CRM, client, marketing, product, and financial systems. Identify automation opportunities for manual reporting and operational processes. Conduct ad hoc analyses supporting executive decision-making.
Required: 3–5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, Strategy & Analytics, or similar analytical commercial role. Experience in high-growth technology, fintech, SaaS, employee benefits, financial services, or B2B2C environments preferred. Strong analytical skills translating complex datasets into business insights. Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and financial/operational modeling experience. Proficiency with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) for data analysis, research, and workflow automation. BI and visualization tools experience (Tableau preferred). Hands-on HubSpot or comparable CRM experience. Strong understanding of sales funnels, forecasting, conversion metrics, and revenue measurement. Ability to connect operational activities to financial outcomes. Excellent communication skills presenting complex analysis to senior leadership. SQL skills and large dataset experience a plus. Self-starter comfortable building processes in an entrepreneurial environment.
