Salary: USD 115,000 - 135,000 / annual
Voyager Technologies is a space, defense, and national security technology company seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst to support financial planning, forecasting, and executive decision-making. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Revenue Operations within the Finance Department, you will be the primary analyst responsible for building and maintaining Salesforce-based reporting infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain Salesforce pipeline reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards for business development and senior leadership
- Perform financial reporting, data modeling, and variance analysis in partnership with Finance and Accounting teams
- Extract data from Salesforce and validate accuracy for financial use
- Support system processes and workflows that advance opportunities, partnering with the Salesforce administrator on configuration changes
- Identify and recommend improvements to workflows, automation, and reporting infrastructure
- Collaborate across departments to address operational needs
You will focus on analysis, forecasting, and reporting while a dedicated Salesforce administrator handles system configuration. The role is primarily remote with periodic travel (up to 10%, including possible overnights) to Voyager sites for key program milestones, kickoff events, and team meetings.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales/BD operations, or financial analyst roles
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce reporting and dashboards, including building forecasts, pipeline analysis, and extracting data for financial use
- Experience supporting sales or BD forecasting and financial reporting through data modeling and analytics
- Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and multi-source data analysis
- Experience with NetSuite (finance and sales modules) or comparable ERP
- Experience leading projects (formally or informally) in collaboration with other departments
- Must be a US citizen or permanent resident due to ITAR/EAR compliance requirements
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting annual budget development and FFP&A forecasting
- Experience building executive-level pipeline analysis and dashboards
- Familiarity with Salesforce configuration (custom fields, report types) sufficient to specify requirements to an administrator
- Familiarity with BI tools or SQL
