Boulevard is a client experience platform for appointment-based self-care businesses (salons, spas, medspa, barbershops). The company is seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst to build reporting infrastructure, KPI frameworks, and strategic analysis that drive decision-making across the go-to-market organization.
This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance. You will translate raw data from Salesforce, Sigma, and Snowflake into clear, trusted insights for senior GTM leadership.
Key responsibilities include:
**KPI Reporting & Dashboards**: Design and maintain scalable KPI dashboards in Sigma tracking pipeline, bookings, funnel conversion, retention, and revenue performance. Own metric accuracy and consistency across the GTM organization. Partner with Data teams to model data in Snowflake for self-serve reporting.
**Forecasting & Pipeline Analysis**: Support weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasting by building forecasting models and pipeline coverage analyses. Identify trends, risks, and opportunities in pipeline health and sales velocity. Partner with Sales and Marketing leadership to understand forecast variance and build scenario models.
**Strategic Planning & Insights**: Analyze patterns across the customer lifecycle and translate findings into actionable recommendations. Support annual and quarterly planning including goal-setting, territory design, and capacity planning. Conduct ad hoc analyses on segmentation, channel performance, win/loss trends, and customer health. Prepare executive-ready presentations.
**Systems & Data Integrity**: Ensure data quality and consistency across Salesforce, Sigma, and Snowflake. Define and maintain data governance standards. Identify automation opportunities and troubleshoot data discrepancies.
**Cross-Functional Partnership**: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance teams. Act as a trusted analytical partner, proactively surfacing insights. Support GTM initiatives such as territory planning and compensation design.
The ideal candidate combines strong analytical rigor, fluency in modern BI tools (especially Sigma), and business acumen to turn data into clear narratives suitable for both detailed analysis and boardroom presentations.
