Postman is the world's leading API platform used by 45+ million developers and 500,000 organizations, including 98% of the Fortune 500. As a Revenue Enablement Manager based in Singapore, you will design and execute enablement programs that empower international sales teams—Enterprise, Mid-Market, and SMB Account Executives—with the knowledge, skills, tools, and processes needed to succeed across the entire customer journey. You will be responsible for developing scalable enablement initiatives that improve seller productivity, accelerate new hire ramp time, increase pipeline generation, and improve win rates. Key responsibilities include designing role-based learning programs addressing Enterprise, Mid-Market, and SMB AE competencies in account planning, pipeline generation, and value selling. You will develop programs equipping sales managers with skills and tools to drive team performance, improve forecasting accuracy, and accelerate sales cycles. You will serve as a trusted advisor to sales managers and field teams, gathering insights and translating feedback into impactful programs. You'll partner cross-functionally with Product Marketing, RevOps, and Product to scope and launch enablement initiatives aligned to performance gaps and business priorities. Responsibilities include leveraging metrics and feedback to continuously improve programs and measure business impact (time-to-ramp, pipeline velocity, deal velocity), driving adoption of tools and best practices, conducting Quarterly Business Reviews with sales leadership, creating detailed project plans with clear deliverables and milestones, and providing support for Sales Kickoffs and product launches. You bring 5+ years of sales enablement experience at high-growth SaaS or technology companies, with a proven track record of developing and executing training programs that measurably improved sales team performance and contributed to revenue growth. You have deep understanding of enterprise sales motions and sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, Challenger, SPIN, Command of the Message), extensive experience delivering engaging live and virtual trainings, and expertise using data and KPIs to evaluate enablement initiative success. You are a strategic thinker with strong communication skills, excellent presentation and facilitation abilities, and the capacity to develop credibility with GTM teams. You excel at cross-functional collaboration, adapt quickly to evolving needs, balance multiple priorities under tight deadlines, and thrive with ambiguity.
