Handshake is building a revenue enablement function to help sales, customer success, and account management teams execute more effectively. As Revenue Enablement Manager, you will design and run training, content, tools, and onboarding programs that equip Account Executives, Account Managers, and Customer Success Managers to sell, retain, and grow customers consistently.
Key responsibilities include:
- Design onboarding programs, ramp plans, certifications, and role-play practice to accelerate new AE, AM, and CSM productivity
- Build playbooks, battlecards, objection-handling guides, and talk tracks in partnership with Product Marketing and Sales leadership to improve win rates and maintain consistent messaging
- Partner with Revenue Operations to analyze Salesforce and Gong data, identify skill gaps, and launch targeted coaching to lift quota attainment
- Own the enablement calendar and tooling (Salesforce, Nooks, Gainsight, Gong, LMS/content hub) to keep the field current on releases, positioning, and process
- Tie every program to measurable outcomes: ramp time, win rate, retention, and pipeline impact

REQUIREMENTS:
- 2–5+ years in sales enablement, revenue enablement, sales training, RevOps, or related GTM role, ideally in B2B SaaS (client-facing experience counts)
- Track record designing and running onboarding, certification, or ongoing training for sales or CS teams
- Experience developing playbooks, battlecards, talk tracks, and case studies with product marketing or sales leadership
- Hands-on CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred)
- Familiarity with conversation-intelligence and sales engagement platforms (Gong, Outreach, Nooks)
- Ability to pull and interpret enablement and pipeline metrics to demonstrate program impact
- Strong facilitator and communicator who can run live and virtual sessions and execute projects independently
- Operator mindset: tie every program to a metric (ramp time, win rate, retention)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
EXTRA CREDIT:
- Experience supporting both new-business (AE) and post-sale (AM/CSM) motions
- Prior experience standing up an enablement function or program from the ground up
- Enablement certifications (e.g., CSTM, Sales Enablement PRO)
