AppDirect, through its subsidiary PartnerStack, is seeking a Revenue Enablement Manager to build and scale enablement programs across the go-to-market organization. PartnerStack is a leading partner ecosystem platform for B2B SaaS, connecting vendors with affiliate, referral, and reseller partners.
In this role, you will own the full enablement function for Sales, Customer Success, Onboarding, and Support teams. Your immediate priority is building curriculum and confidence around cross-product selling across three business unit product lines—positioning, use cases, value propositions, and how they integrate for customers.
Key responsibilities include:
• Design and own new hire onboarding programs with clear ramp milestones and time-to-productivity targets across Sales, CS, and Support
• Build ongoing training on product updates, competitive positioning, sales/CS methodology (MEDDPICC, value selling, etc.), and market dynamics
• Manage the enablement content library—playbooks, battle cards, call frameworks, objection handling guides—keeping it current as products and markets evolve
• Partner cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Product, and RevOps to translate roadmap and positioning into actionable enablement
• Drive adoption of GTM tools (Salesforce, Gong, Highspot/Seismic/Lessonly) through training, certification, and reinforcement
• Define and track enablement KPIs (ramp time, win rates, quota attainment, call scorecards, certification completion) and report impact to leadership
• Coordinate with subject-matter experts and cross-functional partners to deliver programs on schedule
• Own the enablement calendar—kickoffs, training cadence, certifications, and manager-led reinforcement
This is an individual contributor role with clear potential to grow into people leadership as the enablement function scales—building out a team of enablement specialists or coordinators.
You bring 5+ years of revenue enablement, sales enablement, or closely related GTM experience (training, sales/CS operations, field enablement). You have hands-on experience leading, mentoring, or coordinating others—direct reports, contractors, or cross-functional working groups—with genuine interest in formal people leadership. You've built both new hire onboarding and ongoing skill development programs, are familiar with sales/CS methodologies, and comfortable with GTM systems (Salesforce, conversation intelligence, LMS platforms). Strong project management, data-informed thinking, and excellent communication are essential. You thrive in fast-moving B2B SaaS environments where complexity needs to become cohesion.
