Hyperexponential is building an AI-powered platform for the insurance industry, trusted by nearly 50 of the world's largest insurers. The company is backed by a16z, Highland Europe, and Battery Ventures, and is scaling globally across multiple products and territories.
You will build hyperexponential's first dedicated Revenue Enablement function, reporting to Romain (SVP Global Sales). This is a hands-on builder role with no inherited team—you'll own the creation of the enablement operating model from the ground up.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing the revenue enablement operating model, defining scope, intake processes, prioritization frameworks, and success metrics
- Contributing to the 2026 revenue enablement roadmap, translating commercial strategy into training, content, and operating rhythms
- Designing and running enablement programs focused on qualification, discovery, deal progression, sales process adherence, Salesforce hygiene, and forecasting accuracy
- Building customer insights, references, case studies, and value messaging that strengthen seller credibility in the field
- Collaborating with Marketing, Product Marketing, and ABM teams to ensure sellers can confidently deploy messaging, competitive positioning, and customer stories
- Creating onboarding and continuous learning curricula with clear ramp indicators for new commercial hires
- Using AI tools hands-on to build and iterate enablement assets, accelerating content creation and feedback loops
You'll work in a complex B2B environment where customers are actuaries, underwriters, and senior insurance leaders. The role requires someone who understands that enablement is fundamentally about changing seller behavior, not just producing training content. You'll operate in ambiguity, get close to the field and customer, and help shape how a scaling commercial team operates.
The company emphasizes that impact is tied to challenges taken on and discipline brought, not title or tenure. This is a rare opportunity to build a world-class enablement function at a category-defining company in a $7 trillion industry.
