Thunes is seeking a Revenue Analytics Lead to join its Revenue Operations team. This role sits at the center of the company's revenue engine, connecting Sales, Account Management, GTM, and Finance to transform complex datasets into actionable insights that drive growth.
You will own all revenue reporting and revenue driver analytics, ensuring the right information reaches the right stakeholders at the right time. Your responsibilities include developing commercial performance analyses with proactive recommendations for leadership, establishing source-of-truth revenue datasets and metric definitions to ensure consistency across the organization, and providing strategic data support for cross-functional revenue initiatives. You'll build revenue models using revenue, pipeline, and sales capacity data to forecast growth potential, and synthesize weekly and quarterly performance into clear, actionable narratives for the C-suite.

You bring 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, Strategy, or related analytical roles. You excel at scaling reporting from ad-hoc analysis to full automation, moving legacy reporting to AI-first visualization tools, and have expert-level skills in Tableau, Looker, or Gemini Canvas. You're proficient in SQL and ideally Python for manipulating large datasets, have significant Salesforce experience, and can demonstrate a track record of commercial leaders who depend on your insights. You view reporting success through the lens of decision-making impact, thrive in ambiguity, and feel directly responsible for enabling commercial team success.
