Salary: USD 63,420 - 79,275 / annual
Constant Contact is seeking a Revenue Analyst to join the Revenue organization with a primary focus on Deal Desk operations. This is a hybrid role requiring in-office presence on Mondays and Wednesdays at the Waltham, MA office.
In this role, you will serve as a strategic partner to the Sales and Go-To-Market teams, acting as a deal architect who balances aggressive growth with healthy margins and scalable revenue practices. You will be the primary point of contact for deal structuring, pricing strategy, and commercial terms.
Key responsibilities include:
- Reviewing and approving quotes and order forms to ensure accuracy in pricing, discounts, and billing terms
- Developing and tracking Deal Desk KPIs such as average discount rates, approval turnaround time, and deal velocity
- Assisting in tracking, reporting, and forecasting of operational KPIs and key business metrics
- Building and maintaining financial models to evaluate deal profitability, Customer Lifetime Value (CLV), and Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
- Analyzing historical deal data to identify pricing trends and provide recommendations for optimizing pricing strategies
- Performing impact analysis on discount structures to protect gross margins
- Owning end-to-end reporting for International Revenue Initiatives
- Collaborating with the Director of Revenue Analytics on ad-hoc financial projects and analyses
You will work with revenue planning systems, Salesforce or similar CRM platforms, and leverage technology including AI to drive efficiency and build predictive models for revenue forecasting.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or similar analytical role
- Strong foundational knowledge of profit and loss statements and revenue planning systems
- Experience building and managing financial models with detailed variance analyses
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data analysis
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
- Ability to leverage technology and AI tools to enhance work and build predictive models
- Highly collaborative and detail-oriented professional
