AppDirect is a subscription commerce platform enabling digital entrepreneurs worldwide to sell products through any channel on any device. As a Revenue Analyst, you will be a foundational member of the global revenue accounting team, supporting the revenue close process and driving improvements in how the business recognizes and reports revenue across its rapidly growing marketplace.
You will work in a hybrid arrangement (one day onsite, four days remote) from Buenos Aires, partnering closely with Accounting & Finance, Legal, Sales, and Operations teams to deliver accurate, timely, and insightful financial results.
Key responsibilities include:
- Reviewing deals and sales orders in NetSuite to ensure proper recording, documentation, and audit readiness
- Reviewing and approving revenue arrangements in NetSuite ARM for defined deal sizes
- Partnering with system teams to enhance revenue system utilization and improve process efficiency and accuracy
- Identifying bottlenecks, manual work, and automation opportunities in revenue recognition and close processes
- Supporting the external audit process and leading ad hoc cross-functional projects

Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
- 2+ years of revenue accounting experience
- Proficiency in NetSuite ARM or similar revenue management systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Fluent English communication (written and spoken)
