AppDirect is a subscription commerce platform enabling digital entrepreneurs worldwide to sell products through any channel on any device. The Revenue Accounting Analyst will be a foundational member of the global revenue accounting team, supporting the revenue close process and driving improvements in collaboration with Accounting, Finance, Legal, Sales, and Operations teams.
Key responsibilities include reviewing sales orders and deals in NetSuite to ensure proper recording and audit readiness, approving revenue arrangements in NetSuite ARM for defined deal sizes, and partnering with system teams to enhance revenue system utilization and process efficiency. You will own revenue month-end close and reconciliations, identify automation opportunities and bottlenecks in revenue recognition workflows, assist with external audits, and lead cross-functional ad hoc projects.
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred) with 2+ years of revenue accounting experience. Proficiency in NetSuite ARM or similar systems is required, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent English communication abilities. This role offers a hybrid schedule (1 day onsite, 4 days remote), 15 paid working days plus local holidays, comprehensive medical coverage, wellness reimbursement, English lessons, and participation in global and local company events.
