Doctolib is seeking an Ecosystem Partners Manager to lead strategic relationships within the French healthcare ecosystem. Reporting to the Head of Healthcare Affairs, you will serve as Doctolib's primary point of contact with professional medical syndicates, medical and paramedical boards, patient associations, and key healthcare institutions (CPAM, URPS).
Key Responsibilities:
- Build, nurture, and coordinate relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), professional syndicates, medical boards, paramedical boards, CPAM, and URPS through regular engagement, message sharing, and representation at key forums
- Secure smooth product deployment by monitoring collective bargaining negotiations, reimbursement and digital subsidy topics, coordinating with internal teams
- Develop and structure partnerships with patient associations and ensure local coordination of medical representation efforts
- Act as the field liaison to Product and Marketing teams: gather user feedback, contribute to product messaging, track launches and conventioning initiatives
- Lead content strategy for physician profiles in collaboration with Customer Care, managing friction points and negotiating disagreements
- Work closely with internal teams (Product, Customer Care, Marketing) to anticipate risks, mitigate crises, and ensure frictionless go-to-market execution
This is a full-time, permanent (CDI) role based in Levallois-Perret with hybrid flexibility (2 days remote per week). Start date is ASAP.
Requirements:
- Deep knowledge of the medical and paramedical sectors: their operations, culture, and key actors (syndicates, boards, representative bodies)
- Mastery of partnership and institutional relations issues in healthcare; ability to navigate politically complex environments
- Demonstrated active listening, collaborative mindset, and ability to gather and structure actionable field insights
- Proven ability to build lasting trust with demanding stakeholders; diplomatic negotiation skills while defending Doctolib's interests
- Strong cross-functional collaboration with pluridisciplinary internal teams (Product, Marketing, Customer Care); ability to align stakeholders around shared objectives
Nice-to-Have:
- Prior experience in a medical syndicate, healthcare professional institution, or representative healthcare organization
- Knowledge of reimbursement, collective bargaining, or digital subsidy topics in healthcare
- Background in medtech or healthtech with strong exposure to healthcare professionals
