Ivalua, a global leader in cloud-based spend management and procurement solutions founded in 2000, is seeking an Alliance Manager for the Americas region. This role is critical to Ivalua's growth strategy, as 100% of the company's projects are delivered through partnerships.
You will be responsible for managing and developing Ivalua's most strategic partners across the Americas region, working under the Senior Director of Alliances and collaborating closely with Sales and Business Development teams. Your focus will be on expanding the company's sales and delivery capabilities through a strong partner ecosystem that has been built over the past five years.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement partner strategy for the Americas region, coordinating across all relevant internal teams
- Support the VP of Sales Americas and regional sales directors in their go-to-market strategies
- Facilitate business development initiatives and coordinate with marketing and business development teams
- Manage existing strategic partners across the region
- Recruit and onboard new partners
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with partners at the executive level
- Travel approximately 30% of the time to support partner engagement and regional needs
The role operates in a hybrid model (3 days on-site, 2 days remote) with office locations available in Montreal, New York, or Pittsburgh. Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in a SaaS company, consulting firm, or systems integrator, with background in sales, project management, or management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (required; French support available where possible)
- Proven ability to work with C-level partners and develop strategic relationships
- Experience driving revenue growth and aligning partner technology interests with business objectives
- Knowledge of enterprise software solutions and understanding of complex technical concepts
- Strong problem-solving skills; self-directed, comfortable managing complex situations and conflicts
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred) plus 6+ years of relevant professional experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Fluency in English is essential as the Montreal office serves clients across Canada and the majority of operations are conducted in English
