As an Implementation Manager (Operations Manager) in the Customer Operations team, you will be at the heart of deploying Lifen's solutions (Lifen Documents and Lifen Integration) across French healthcare establishments. You will report to Loïc, the Lead Customer Operations.
Key responsibilities include:
**Project Scoping:** Organize and lead scoping meetings with healthcare establishments to understand their technical and functional needs, and define the best integration of solutions into their daily operations. Adapt your communication style for different stakeholders (IT managers, project leads, end users).
**Functional Support:** Understand hospital service organization and patient pathways to tailor solutions to real-world conditions. Challenge client needs and propose best practices.
**Technical Deployment:** Configure applications and interoperability workflows (HL7), orchestrate exchanges with hospital IT teams, and manage network, Windows Server, application deployment, and security aspects.
**Testing & Resolution:** Verify end-to-end functionality with clients, diagnose and resolve technical issues, qualify bugs, and escalate feature requests to the product team with clarity.
**Expert Support:** Provide level-2 support bridging level-1 support and R&D teams. Proactively monitor flows and certificates to anticipate incidents.
**Continuous Improvement:** Actively participate in optimizing internal processes and contribute to cross-functional projects. Share field insights to evolve products and methods.
**Product Versatility:** Work across all solutions and develop comprehensive expertise.

**Requirements:**
- Experience deploying projects in hospitals or healthtech with hospital deployment background; understanding of hospital operations and constraints is essential
- Excellent communication skills across diverse stakeholders (IT, project managers, end users); ability to simplify and adapt messaging
- Doer mindset: comfortable with hands-on operational work
- Autonomous and proactive: anticipate problems, escalate blockers quickly, propose solutions
- Technical skills (nice-to-have): Windows Server administration, GPO, networking (SFTP, VPN), and/or HL7 interoperability knowledge. Hospital background without these skills is acceptable as they can be learned
