AlphaSense is a market intelligence platform trusted by over 6,000 enterprise customers, including a majority of the S&P 500. The company delivers AI-powered insights from a universe of public and private content including equity research, company filings, event transcripts, expert calls, and news. Founded in 2011 and headquartered in New York with 2,000+ employees globally, AlphaSense recently acquired Tegus to expand its capabilities. The Expert Insights group produces the market's largest library of expert transcripts (220,000+), capturing unfiltered views from business operators interviewed by professional investors. The Directed Content team generates thousands of high-value calls quarterly, identifying and recruiting experts to ensure comprehensive coverage. As Research Quality Analyst on the Directed Content team, you will own quality control across a high-volume research pipeline. You'll sample and review research projects at multiple lifecycle stages—prompt sheets, knowledge bases, and published expert transcripts—to identify quality issues before and after publication. Your work will focus on catching errors, identifying patterns driven by process gaps, and driving improvements to workflows and AI prompting. Key responsibilities include: sampling research at multiple stages; identifying quality patterns and root causes; testing and deploying process and prompt fixes to improve efficiency; assisting in AI prompt refinement; developing and maintaining QA checklists and documentation; tracking and analyzing quality metrics with trend reporting; and supporting testing of new AI-driven tools and workflows. You'll work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, contributing to refining workflows that generate trackable, high-quality insights for institutional investors, sell-side research, banking, consultancies, and large corporations.
