n8n is an open-source workflow orchestration platform for AI automation, backed by Sequoia and SAP with a $5.2bn valuation. The company has 260+ employees across Europe and the US, with 650,000+ active developers in its community.
You will own and build a scalable renewal motion for n8n's Scaled Customer Success segment, protecting revenue and ensuring contracts reach signed outcomes before expiry. As the first dedicated Renewals Specialist, you'll manage the end-to-end commercial renewal process for a high-volume portfolio of Enterprise customers (typically €20k–50k ARR), handling approximately 60 renewals per quarter.
Key responsibilities:
- Own renewals end-to-end: prepare and send renewal quotes, negotiate pricing and commercial terms, manage procurement and contractual back-and-forth, create order forms, coordinate signatures, and ensure completed contracts are accurately processed in CRM and billing systems.
- Manage a high-volume renewal pipeline of ~60 renewals per quarter, keeping them progressing with clear next steps, accurate renewal dates, and sufficient lead time to avoid preventable slippage.
- Partner with Scaled Customer Success Managers to understand customer health, identify potential churn or commercial risk early, and determine the right renewal path.
- Maintain reliable renewal forecasts, close-plan notes, and CRM hygiene for clear visibility of upcoming renewals and revenue retention.
- Build a more scalable renewal motion by identifying process breakdowns, reducing manual work, and improving workflows, templates, operating rhythms, and automation.
- Navigate the business independently, partnering with Finance, Legal, Sales, and Customer Success to resolve commercial or contractual blockers.
You'll work closely with Scaled CSMs and typically engage with billing/procurement contacts and technical champions on accounts. This role offers real influence over how n8n structures its renewal process, what gets automated, and how retention scales efficiently.
