Keyper is seeking a Relationship Manager to build and maintain positive relationships with investor landlords and property owners. This role combines business development, customer relationship management, and sales execution within the property management sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investor landlords and property owners
- Generate new business and identify growth opportunities
- Understand customer needs and develop tailored plans to address them
- Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the customer base
- Promote high-quality sales, supply, and customer service processes
- Preserve existing customer relationships and manage contract renewals
- Approach potential customers to establish new relationships and sign property management agreements
- Develop competitive intelligence and stay informed on market dynamics
The role requires a balance of relationship-building skills, sales acumen, and deep knowledge of Dubai's property management market. You will work to expand Keyper's customer base while ensuring exceptional service delivery and customer retention.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or related field
- Brokerage experience required
- Proven experience in property management sales, agreements, and conversions (required)
- Basic knowledge of Dubai leasing terms and procedures
- Basic knowledge of secondary market and off-plan sales
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Customer-focused mindset with ability to identify and act on business opportunities
