The Regulatory Reporting Quality Manager will oversee non-financial regulatory reporting for Revolut's operations in France and support expansion into Western European markets. This role sits within the Compliance team, which combines regulatory expertise with data-driven approaches to manage conduct risk in a fast-moving digital environment. Key responsibilities include: - Maintaining and updating non-financial regulatory reports specific to France (labour inspection, over-indebtedness committee, Egapro, and similar submissions) - Preparing equivalent reporting frameworks for future EU market expansion as part of migration scoping initiatives - Ensuring key stakeholders have proper production tools, processes, and roadmaps to meet regulatory expectations - Coordinating setup, changes, and remediations to listed regulatory reports - Submitting regulatory reports in coordination with regulators The ideal candidate brings 2+ years of regulatory reporting or audit experience within a bank or regulated financial services firm, or equivalent experience as a consultant/auditor at a Big 4 firm. You should have a proven track record coordinating regulatory reports for financial institutions, the ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements, and expertise in developing frameworks to compile new and existing reports. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while managing tight deadlines are essential. Excellent interpersonal skills and motivation to thrive in a diverse, international team are required. Nice-to-have qualifications include proficiency in regulatory reporting software (Axiom), expertise in regulatory policy, and involvement in software/IT platform change initiatives.
