Revolut is seeking a Regulatory Reporting Quality Manager to oversee non-financial regulatory reporting across Western Europe, with an initial focus on France. This role sits within the Compliance team, which combines regulatory expertise with data-driven thinking to ensure products meet legal requirements while managing conduct risk in a fast-moving digital environment.
Key responsibilities include maintaining and updating non-financial regulatory reports (HR, credit, fraud, labour inspection, over-indebtedness committee, Egapro) for France and preparing equivalent reports for future EU market expansion. You'll ensure regulatory reports are submitted on time and executed flawlessly, coordinating with key stakeholders to provide proper production tools, processes, and roadmaps that meet regulator expectations. The role involves coordinating setup, changes, and remediations to listed regulatory reports and submitting them in coordination with regulators.
Required qualifications include 2+ years of experience in regulatory reporting or audit roles within a bank or regulated financial services firm, or equivalent experience as a consultant/auditor at a Big 4 firm focused on regulatory reporting. You must have a proven track record coordinating regulatory reports for financial institutions, with the ability to interpret and apply complex regulatory requirements. Strong expertise in developing and improving frameworks to compile new and existing reports is essential. The ideal candidate works independently, manages workload proactively, demonstrates exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail, and thrives in diverse, international team environments while meeting tight deadlines.
Nice-to-have skills include proficiency in regulatory reporting software (Axiom), expertise in regulatory policy, and involvement in software and IT platform change initiatives. This is a remote position available to candidates in France, Portugal, and Spain.
