Scalable Capital, a leading European digital investment and banking platform with over one million clients and €50 billion in assets under management, is seeking a Regulatory Reporting Manager to join its Finance & Accounting team in Munich.
In this role, you will own the end-to-end preparation and submission of regulatory reports, including Pillar 1, EU and German statistical reporting, Pillar 2, and transaction reporting. You will interpret new regulatory requirements and assess their strategic relevance to ensure our reporting processes remain fully compliant. You will independently manage continuous improvement, automation, and transformation of processes, controls, and data quality, working closely with software engineers to modernize our infrastructure.
You will take partial to full ownership of regulatory reporting aspects for high-impact interdisciplinary projects, such as new product launches and geographic expansion. You will serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external auditors and regulators on regulatory reporting matters. Additionally, you will mentor and provide technical guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous development within the team.

Requirements:
- Completed degree, preferably in finance or banking
- Several years of experience in a comparable regulatory reporting role in financial services
- Exposure to reporting processes for market-making activities (desirable)
- Reliable, detail-oriented, with strong communication and analytical skills
- Experience working with large data sets; SQL experience and familiarity with AI tools preferred
- Previous experience with Regnology/Abacus platform is a plus
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-growing environment
- Excellent command of English and German (written and spoken)
