Salary: USD 110,000 - 145,000 / annual
Adyen is a global financial technology platform providing payments, data, and financial products for enterprise customers including Meta, Uber, H&M, and Microsoft. The North America Regulatory Team is seeking a Regulatory Product Specialist to bridge regulatory requirements and product development.
In this role, you will assess and document regulatory product risks, build compliance frameworks for Adyen's products, and serve as a voice for second-line regulatory oversight. You'll work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and commercial teams to ensure regulatory requirements are clearly communicated, tracked, and successfully implemented.
Key responsibilities include:
- Project managing regulatory requirement communication across teams and tracking implementation progress
- Coordinating intake and documentation of regulatory requirements in internal tracking systems
- Partnering with product teams to translate regulatory needs into product features while maintaining compliance velocity
- Maintaining team alignment on deadlines, projects, and regulatory requirements
You bring 2+ years of risk or compliance experience, ideally from a regulated fintech company or US bank. You're a fast learner comfortable diving deep into payment processing and financial services regulations. You excel at untangling complex problems, communicating clearly with leadership and cross-functional teams, and building relationships across diverse backgrounds. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are motivated by connecting people around shared goals.
