Adyen is a global financial technology platform providing payments, data, and financial products to enterprise customers including Meta, Uber, H&M, and Microsoft. The Regulatory Product Specialist role sits within the North America Regulatory Team and bridges regulatory compliance with product development.
In this position, you will serve as a key liaison between regulatory, product, and commercial teams. Your primary responsibilities include: project managing the communication of regulatory requirements across functions, tracking implementation progress to ensure timely delivery, and coordinating the intake and documentation of regulatory requirements into internal tracking systems. You will work directly with product teams to translate regulatory needs into product features while maintaining compliance velocity. You'll also maintain team alignment on deadlines, projects, and regulatory obligations, serving as a central point of clarity for stakeholders.
The role requires 2+ years of risk or compliance experience, ideally from a regulated fintech company or US bank. You should be a fast learner comfortable diving deep into payment processing regulations and financial product rules. Strong communication skills are essential—you'll need to keep leadership and cross-functional teams informed with clarity and ease. You thrive on untangling complex regulatory problems and converting them into clear, actionable paths forward. Above all, you're a collaborative team player who builds strong relationships across diverse backgrounds.
Adyen values diverse perspectives and encourages applications from underrepresented communities. The company emphasizes professional development, recognition of results, and a culture of integrity and personal accountability.
