Salary: PLN 21,000 - 29,100 / monthly
Revolut is seeking a Regulatory Counsel specializing in credit to join its Legal team in Kraków. The role focuses on advising the business on compliance and legal issues surrounding the structuring of new and existing credit products in payments and banking.
Key responsibilities include:
- Advising on compliance and legal matters related to credit product structuring in payments and banking
- Drafting customer-facing legal documents for credit products
- Structuring and expanding credit features while managing regulatory expectations and requirements
- Handling significant and complex legal matters with short turnaround times
- Balancing leadership responsibilities with hands-on execution
The role offers substantial commercial involvement and responsibility for Revolut's ongoing development and growth, which is relatively unique for an in-house legal position.
Required qualifications:
- 3+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE)
- Strong academic credentials and law firm background
- Experience advising on financial regulations in Poland
- Knowledge of Consumer Credit Directive (CCD), debt recovery procedures, and regulatory/supervisory requirements
- Sound judgment and composure under pressure
- Ability to make decisions with ambiguous or incomplete information
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
- Collaborative mindset
Compensation: PLN 21,000–29,100 gross monthly, based on qualifications and experience.
