Revolut is a fintech super app serving 75+ million customers globally with products spanning spending, saving, investing, exchanging, and travel. The Legal team provides strategic counsel to business units, ensuring growth is compliant and secure.
As Regulatory Counsel for Credit, you will be the primary legal advisor for the design and structuring of trade finance products, including receivables and payables solutions. You will draft, maintain, and update the core suite of trade finance template legal agreements and standard documentation governed by English law. Your responsibilities include advising business and risk teams on legal risks and enforcement considerations inherent to trade finance structures and securitisation transactions across multiple markets, and managing the legal work stream for trade finance features.
You will structure, negotiate, and advise on legal documentation for funding partners and risk distribution, working collaboratively across teams to turn regulatory complexity into clear, actionable guidance.
You bring 6+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in either in-house or private practice, with demonstrated expertise in trade finance and supply chain finance. You have strong credentials in drafting documentation under English law, with excellent academic and law firm background. You possess broad-based credit knowledge, including experience advising on trade finance products and securitisation transactions. You demonstrate sound judgment under pressure, confidence in ambiguous situations, and exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills. You are collaborative, decisive, and thrive in a fast-moving fintech environment.
