Salary: EUR 5,800 - 6,900 / monthly
Revolut is seeking a Regulatory Counsel to join its growing Legal team, advising on compliance and legal issues surrounding financial products in payments and banking. The role offers significant commercial involvement and responsibility for Revolut's ongoing development and growth across European markets.
Key responsibilities include: advising the business on compliance and legal matters related to structuring new and existing financial products; drafting customer-facing legal documents; helping structure and expand Revolut's products while managing regulatory expectations and applications; engaging with European and local regulators; and handling complex legal matters with short turnaround times.
The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE) with excellent academic and law firm credentials. Required expertise includes European financial regulations, PSD2 and CRD experience, and a track record of advising on fintech/payments compliance. Essential qualities include sound judgment, composure under pressure, collaborative mindset, confidence making decisions with ambiguous information, exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, and fluency in English.
