The Legal team at Revolut partners across the organization to provide practical advice that enables fast growth while maintaining compliance and protection. This Regulatory Counsel role sits within that team, advising on compliance and legal issues surrounding financial products.
In this role, you will:
- Advise the business on compliance and legal issues related to structuring new and existing financial products in payments, investment, and banking
- Draft customer-facing legal documents for financial products
- Help structure and expand products while managing regulatory expectations, requirements, and applications
- Organize local corporate structure
- Draft and negotiate intragroup agreements and contractual documentation with external vendors and suppliers
- Provide leadership while also undertaking executional work
- Handle significant and complex legal matters with short turnaround times
You will work in a multicultural, fast-paced environment where you balance strategic advice with hands-on execution, managing ambiguity and making sound decisions under pressure.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE)
- Excellent academic and professional credentials
- Experience advising on financial regulations in Argentina
- Sound judgment, composure under pressure, and collaborative mindset
- Confidence making decisions with ambiguity or incomplete information
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
- Fluency in English
