Revolut is a global financial super app serving 75+ million customers with products spanning spending, saving, investing, exchanging, and travel. The Legal team partners across the organization to provide practical advice enabling rapid, compliant growth. As Senior Regulatory Counsel, you will advise Revolut's business on compliance and legal issues surrounding financial product features, including consumer credit, payments, and banking services. Your responsibilities include: • Advising on compliance and legal matters for structuring new and existing financial features, with particular focus on consumer credit legislation, PSD II, and banking regulations • Drafting customer-facing legal documents for financial products • Collaborating with Product and Commercial teams to design and deliver compliant solutions • Supporting expansion of Revolut's product offering by managing regulatory expectations, requirements, and applications • Proactively engaging with local regulators across jurisdictions You will work in a fast-paced environment where you'll need to make confident decisions with incomplete information, manage complex stakeholder relationships, and communicate clearly with both legal and business teams. Required qualifications: • 5+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in legal practice • Strong academic credentials and law firm background • Demonstrated experience advising on financial regulation • Deep expertise in consumer credit legislation, PSD II, and banking regulations • Ability to navigate ambiguity and incomplete information • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills Revolut values diversity and encourages applications from candidates with varied backgrounds and experiences.
