Revolut is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Manager to lead safeguarding and client asset protection initiatives. This role sits within the Compliance team, which combines regulatory expertise with data-driven risk management to ensure products meet legal requirements while delivering customer value. Key responsibilities include designing and implementing efficient control processes for client asset protection compliance; providing technical safeguarding advice to business and support functions; interpreting and guiding the application of safeguarding regulations to products and services; supporting the Client Assets Oversight Officer on risk management and governance; reviewing client money and custody asset reconciliations and producing effectiveness reports; and coordinating internal and external audits related to safeguarding compliance. Required qualifications: 3+ years in a safeguarding management role at an investment firm, consultancy, or regulator; in-depth knowledge of EU Delegated Directive 2017/593 and MiFID II; understanding of regulatory requirements for client asset protection and reconciliations; experience managing control processes in financial services, including front-to-back office trade flows; ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines; strong analytical and data interpretation skills; experience conducting safeguarding gap analysis and supporting policy creation and implementation. Nice-to-have qualifications include a professional compliance certificate/diploma, degree in economics or finance, SQL and data analysis experience, and exposure to regulatory audits and interaction with regulatory bodies.
