Revolut is a fintech super app serving 75+ million customers globally with products spanning spending, saving, investing, exchanging, and travel. The Compliance team combines regulatory expertise with data-driven analysis to ensure products meet legal requirements while managing conduct risk in a fast-moving digital environment.
As a Regulatory Compliance Manager, you will lead compliance testing and quality control initiatives within the second line of defense (2LoD). Your responsibilities include designing and implementing compliance testing programs, conducting assurance reviews and testing activities using advanced data analytics, and identifying opportunities to improve adherence to regulatory requirements and company standards.
You will execute project plans addressing remediation efforts and testing findings, including process updates, documentation, and training. The role involves driving execution of multiple concurrent reviews—both local and multi-jurisdictional—with subsequent management reporting on outcomes and findings. You'll challenge colleagues to build efficient, world-class risk management controls and processes, using data analytics to identify actionable insights that materially enhance the control environment.
Required qualifications include 4+ years in retail banking, fintech, Big 4 consulting, or a regulatory body, plus 2+ years in quality control or internal/external audit focused on compliance. Strong knowledge of French and EU regulatory compliance regulations is essential. You must be comfortable interrogating large datasets, understand regulatory compliance controls and best practices, and possess a results-driven, pragmatic, detail-oriented approach. Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills are critical for explaining complex regulatory concepts clearly.
