Revolut is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Manager to oversee finance and treasury regulatory frameworks across the organization. This role sits within the Compliance team, which combines regulatory expertise with data-driven thinking to ensure products meet legal and policy requirements while managing conduct risk in a fast-moving digital environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing oversight on compliance obligations for finance and treasury operations across the business
- Ensuring high-quality regulatory mapping and conducting regulatory gap analysis
- Developing, challenging, and implementing compliance policies from scratch
- Reviewing first-line-of-defense (1LoD) compliance approvals for finance and treasury products and providing feedback
- Establishing and overseeing a robust, company-wide training and competency program
- Conducting horizon scanning for relevant geographies to identify emerging regulatory requirements
- Reviewing and challenging 1LoD incident reviews to ensure effective remediation
- Proactively identifying regulatory issues and recommending solutions to promote compliance
Required qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in a regulatory compliance role within a consultancy, compliance function, or regulator
- Deep expertise in finance and treasury regulatory obligations (safeguarding, CASS, depositor protection, global booking models, FRTB, etc.)
- University degree in STEM, business, or finance
- Strong knowledge of regulatory gap analysis and policy creation/implementation
- Solid understanding of the interplay between compliance risk and business risk
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English
