Revolut is a global fintech super app serving 75+ million customers with products spanning spending, saving, investing, exchanging, and travel. The company is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Manager to lead crypto compliance efforts within the UK regulatory framework.
In this role, you will serve as the cryptoasset Senior Manager Function (SMF16) under FCA authorization and supervision. You'll develop and execute a comprehensive compliance framework and training program to ensure all crypto products meet regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities include supporting regulatory license applications, monitoring and testing the effectiveness of the regulatory architecture, drafting and implementing compliance plans and policies, and providing expert regulatory advice during product launches.
You'll work closely with the Operations team to ensure full compliance with local regulations, participate in regulatory interactions, and advise the business on crypto compliance requirements and related controls. This is a high-impact role that requires balancing regulatory rigor with business agility in a fast-moving digital environment.
You should have experience in compliance risk management from a consultancy, in-house compliance function, or regulatory background. Understanding of digital asset products is essential, along with expertise in regulatory gap analysis, policy creation, and implementation. You'll need strong communication skills to work effectively with regulators and cross-functional teams, the ability to manage multiple projects under pressure, and excellent analytical capabilities. The ideal candidate understands the interplay between compliance risk and business risk and can translate complex regulatory requirements into actionable frameworks.
