Salary: USD 113,050 - 180,000 / annual
Revolut is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Manager to oversee regulatory frameworks for retail, business, payments, and credit features in the US market. This role sits within the Compliance team, which blends regulatory expertise with data-driven thinking to ensure products meet legal and policy requirements while delivering customer value.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting regulatory compliance across US deposit and payment products, ensuring operational processes comply with applicable regulations
- Advising on compliance requirements for account products, domestic and international payments, and other payment services
- Designing, implementing, and enhancing risk and control frameworks across operational processes
- Conducting or overseeing control testing, risk and control self-assessments (RCSAs), and control validation activities
- Drafting and maintaining compliance policies, procedures, and operational standards
- Partnering with Product, Operations, Risk, and Compliance teams to embed regulatory requirements into day-to-day processes
- Monitoring regulatory changes and ensuring compliance frameworks remain effective as the business scales
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience supporting deposit and payment products (checking/savings accounts, wire transfers, ACH, card payments)
- Experience designing, testing, or enhancing risk and control frameworks, including RCSAs and control validation
- Experience drafting compliance policies and implementing operational compliance frameworks
- In-depth knowledge of Regulation E, Regulation DD, Regulation CC, UDAAP, NACHA, or similar US banking regulations
- Experience in a highly regulated banking or fintech environment
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical, operational controls
