Revolut is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Assurance Manager to strengthen its compliance testing and assurance programme in Israel. This role sits within the Compliance team, which combines regulatory expertise with data-driven analysis to ensure products meet legal requirements while managing conduct risk in a fast-moving fintech environment.
Key responsibilities include designing and implementing compliance testing tailored to the Israeli regulatory landscape, particularly around consumer fairness, privacy, credit, and communications. You will conduct assurance reviews and testing activities leveraging advanced data analytics to identify actionable insights. The role involves executing project plans to address remediation findings, managing multiple concurrent reviews (local and multi-jurisdictional), and driving improvements to risk management controls and processes.
You will challenge colleagues to build efficient, world-class controls, use data analytics to enhance the control environment, and contribute to compliance processes by identifying opportunities for improved adherence to regulatory requirements and company standards. Reporting on outcomes and findings across reviews is a core part of the position.
Required qualifications include 4+ years in fintech, traditional financial institutions, or regulatory bodies, plus 2+ years in assurance or internal/external audit focused on risk and compliance. You must have excellent knowledge of Israeli Proper Conduct of Banking Business (Nabat), consumer protection, and privacy regulations. Strong data interrogation skills, results-driven pragmatism, detail orientation, problem-solving, collaboration abilities, and the capacity to explain complex concepts clearly are essential. Experience managing and implementing policies and procedures is required.
