Salary: EUR 3,900 - 5,700 / monthly
Revolut is seeking a Regulatory Affairs Manager to lead transparent and compliant communication with financial regulators across European markets. The role sits within Revolut's Regulatory Affairs team, which maintains proactive relationships with regulators, anticipates regulatory changes, and ensures the business stays compliant as it innovates.
Key responsibilities include:
- Serving as primary liaison between Revolut and regulatory authorities, translating complex regulatory requirements into clear business guidance
- Keeping regulators informed of new products, strategic initiatives, and material business updates
- Collaborating with Risk and Compliance teams on incident response and regulatory communications
- Preparing comprehensive management reports and briefing materials for regulator meetings, internal governance committees, and the Board
- Delivering regulatory training and updates to product and business teams
- Building scalable processes and documentation standards for the Regulatory Affairs function
- Acting as a compliance champion, embedding regulatory best practices across the organization
The ideal candidate brings 7+ years in regulatory affairs, compliance, or risk roles at regulated financial services firms, fintechs, financial consultancies, or regulatory authorities. You'll need strong stakeholder management, communication, project management, and negotiation skills. Deep knowledge of EU banking practices and regional financial regulations is essential, along with familiarity with payment systems, fintech, and mobile applications. You should be comfortable analyzing complex regulatory information, identifying key issues, and driving resolutions. Experience coaching and mentoring team members is valued. Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus. A relevant master's degree is nice-to-have.
